Walk the Camino de Sale – 14 September 2024
Taking inspiration from the team walking the Camino de Santiago in September, we’ll be walking our own ‘camino’ from Pennington Flash in Wigan, through Salford and into Trafford, finishing at Sale Water Park. The walk, raising money for Home-Start’s vital work with families across the three boroughs, will take in local sights as we walk alongside the beautiful Bridgewater Canal. You will be given your ‘Camino de Sale Passport’ at the start and you can get it stamped along the way at route markers. At the end of the walk you can get your passport verified to receive your certificate and Camino de Sale medal.
